The human body is 70% water. That means we are largely made up of an element that has it’s own, very specific, properties. When people say, “I don’t like myself” or “I want to lose weight”, what exactly are we talking about? The greater part of our ‘selves’ is an element that doesn’t carry our character, personality, or choices. Within us or without us, water has it’s own properties that do not change. What does this mean for changes we seek, physical and subtle? And what does this mean for how we care for our bodies and others?
