Look At Where Your Hands Are

Even in the face of confusion, creative instincts move within and seek to be realized. The process may be unclear, but the desire and the evidence of it is not a complete mystery. Look at what your hands are doing. Now.

Contact, with a tool, an object, a person, or an idea, is meaningful. Possession is not arbitrary. Both things and people have histories that explain where they came from or why they are where they are. What you have in your hand, literally and figuratively, is there for a reason. Look at what is in your hand. Now.

Healthy hands, minds, and hearts gravitate towards objects of affection and move towards love. Connecting needs to happen everyday, if only briefly or subtly. Creativity seeks that connection in spite of how we may frustrate it. Look to where your hands are reaching. Now.
